David Cain
Project Director
David has built an extensive career across all areas of construction and development, including residential, commercial, educational and civil engineering projects. His experience ranges from bespoke one-off builds to large-scale developments and technically demanding refurbishments.
With decades of practical and managerial experience, David is highly skilled at identifying construction and design challenges before work begins, helping clients avoid delays, unnecessary costs and disruption later in the programme. His proactive approach, combined with a deep understanding of buildability and project coordination, has been instrumental in the successful delivery of numerous projects over the years.
David has also developed strong relationships throughout the industry and takes great pride in mentoring and developing the next generation of construction professionals and tradespeople.
Victoria Kennedy
Project Management & Design
Victoria (Tori) brings more than 15 years of experience within residential development and project delivery. Originally trained in interior design and project management, Tori combines creativity with practical site knowledge, helping clients translate ideas into functional, well-delivered spaces.
As the inspiration behind the name KIIF — “Keep It In Family” — Tori plays a key role in both client liaison and day-to-day project management. Equally comfortable in meetings or on-site, she is heavily involved throughout the delivery process, ensuring projects remain organised, efficient and aligned with client expectations.
The Wider Team
From skilled joiners, bricklayers, plasterers and groundworkers to our office-based administration, estimating, procurement and customer service staff, every member of the team contributes to the smooth delivery of our projects.
We also maintain strong relationships with trusted specialist consultants and contractors, including electrical and mechanical engineers, structural engineers and architects, allowing us to provide a complete and coordinated construction service.
